Hurricane Relief for Denville at Festival

At the Festival, the Foundation will collect canned goods and pet foods for Hurricane Irene Relief in Denville. Visitors may bring their donations to the Festival. In addition, Mason Jar Candles will be for sale and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to hurricane relief.

Flea Market at the Fall Farm Festival

Please do not drop off things at the Farm. Email us to make arrangements for drop off if you have flea market items.

Deadline for donations is Saturday September 10. Please only gently used…in good shape…items that will sell. This is to raise money for the farm. If we have to get a dumpster to get rid of junk, we will lose money, defeating the purpose. Please, nothing in need of repair.

Your donations are tax-deductible. Your donations help our restoration projects and provides funding for emergency repairs like the roof we just replaced. THANK YOU for your support.

Fall Farm Festival September 17

The Ayres/Knuth Farm Foundation in Denville will hold its Annual Fall Farm Festival Saturday, September 17 from 10 AM to 4 PM. The Festival takes place on the farm grounds on Cooper Road off Route 10 West in Denville. The rain date for the Festival will be Sunday, September 18.

This is a family event featuring entertainment and activities for every age, including music, antique tractors, hay rides, a petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, kids’ crafts, scarecrow making, craft demonstrations, a raffle, and a variety of food. Musical entertainment will be provided by the following:

Equinox - Electric and Acoustic Blues
The Fabulous Furry Harmonica Brothers - Ragtime, Blues and Country Music
Blue Jersey Band - Bluegrass, Swing and Django style jazz.
Rachel Streich and Katie Weiss - Guitar and Banjo Bluegrass
Dee DeJulio - Rock and Blues Ballads

Parking is available on the grass or on the street nearby and admission to the grounds is free. The farm market will also be open for business.

The purpose of the Ayres/Knuth Farm Foundation, Inc. is to engage in activities which focus on the protection and enhancement of the historical, agricultural, and environment aspects of the Denville Township Ayres/Knuth Farm.
